Samsung lets you choose widgets for Music, Weather, Today’s schedule, Next Alarm, Digital Wellbeing, and Bixby Routines. If you can’t live without widgets, then you should at least limit their usage. If you can avoid using widgets on the lock screen, then this will also help save some battery life as they continuously update information and display animations. The feature won’t drain a lot of battery at night, but every bit counts.
While AoD is a convenient option to see the time or notifications in the middle of the night without having to touch the screen, it is best to turn it off at night.
